We take your privacy seriously. This policy explains what data we collect and how we use it.
1. What we collect
When you create an account or purchase a ticket, we collect your name, email address, and phone number. We also collect payment transaction references (we do not store full card numbers). Usage data such as pages visited may be collected for analytics.
2. How we use it
We use your information to process ticket purchases, send your QR tickets by email, facilitate event check-in, and communicate important updates about your orders. We do not sell your data to third parties.
3. Data sharing
Your name and contact details may be shared with the event organizer solely for the purpose of event entry and management. We use payment processors (PayChangu) who handle payments under their own privacy policies.
4. Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us. You can also delete your account from your profile settings.
