By using Groove, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.
1. Using Groove
Groove provides an online ticketing platform. You may use the service to purchase tickets for events listed by organizers. You must be at least 18 years old or have parental consent to create an account.
2. Ticket purchases
All sales are final unless an event is cancelled by the organizer. Groove is not responsible for event cancellations but will facilitate refunds where applicable. Tickets are non-transferable without authorization through the platform.
3. Organizer responsibilities
Organizers are solely responsible for their events, including accuracy of event details, delivery of the event, and compliance with local laws. Groove acts as a ticketing intermediary only.
4. Prohibited uses
You may not use Groove to resell tickets for profit, create fraudulent accounts, abuse the platform, or violate any applicable laws. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that breach these terms.
